Phoenix Cop Ambushed

On February 11, 2022, at approximately 0215 hours, a 911 call was received by Phoenix Police Department Dispatch Center. A man who was later identified as 36-year-old Morris Jones, reported his wife had been shot by intruders during a robbery.

Officer later discovered Jones shot his ex-girlfriend. The suspect was later found inside the residence with a self inflicted gunshot wound.
