Could the Yt Ppl in White Truck be the Distraction to Help Paramedics Load Dolph in Van & Escape?

It was all an event. It would make sense that Young Dolph allegedly had a video shoot that day and the whole city was already there, ready to 'show' out. What was the purpose of these two Caucasian folks who casually just pulled up to the scene and took people's focus off of the 'dead body' laying inside of the cookie shop. You can hear someone in the video saying the Cauc guy "is not shot, he's just cut."
