Love & Thai Restaurant Reopens After Racist Assumptions Made

A Laos and Thai takeout restaurant called Tasty Thai was forced to shut down after a woman made a racist claim that the restaurant was selling dog meat.
The problem all started when a woman made a racist accusation when looking at the restaurant and the house where the family lives, which a dog was tied out outside.
The Denver police got involved, and the restaurant was forced to shut down in May.
The restaurant owner David Rasavong luckily is reopening the restaurant under a new name, Love & Thai. The name is based off of the love that his mother put into her food, and the support the local community gave when the restaurant was forced to shut down, and now reopening under a new name.
David Rasavong tells people to not spread rumors online, as they can affect their lives.

The woman should be fined for starting a racist rumor, stereotypes, and encouraging an anti-Asian hate crime that caused a big problem for a family that was only trying to make a living running a restaurant.

Please report any Asians being targeted with racism physically, verbally, and cyber, and show all proof to the police. Contact Asian support groups too

As Korean guitarist and producer Dabin Lee mentioned, people are endorsing Asian culture but not accepting Asian people, and think they have a right to make fun of us for our differences. It's rude.
