Postpartum Meditation for Closing the Birth Cycle

This postpartum meditation is inspired by the book “the fourth trimester” by Kimberly Ann Johnson. You can start practicing it from 3 days postpartum and continue to practice until you feel like you have completely cleared your birth energy from your body and your energy field.
This meditation can be used by women not directly postpartum, with previous births, even from a long time ago, that need clearing.
