Emergency welding repair! Can It be repaired?!

My neighbors hay baler broke right at the end of hay season. If I don’t get him back up and running he could lose 10’s of thousands in hay and worse yet, his live stock could starve during the harsh Montana winter. We HAVE TO MAKE THIS REPAIR!
