Most IT Support Agents would easily relate to the typical scenario of IT management saying one thing, but turn around to only be hypocritical of their statement. Submit a Ticket is such a case of IT management or management in general, telling others to follow procedures, but in turn around, and don't follow the very rules and processes they put in place.
