The West Coast has also been the recipient of a manipulated moisture cool-down, though temperatures are scheduled to rapidly rebound. The Gulf Stream current is slowing down and seaborne flesh eating bacteria are ramping up while the human race faces an "unprecedented global toxic emergency".
