In this episode, we traveled to Southern Illinois in late September to celebrate my Mom’s birthday. It was a very random trip but we enjoyed a beautiful Sunday at Pyramid State Park on a strip-pit called “Super Lake.” It was a great day of fishing even though the bite was tough. The topwater buzzbait got the BIG bites! Enjoy!
