The 2 Castle Battles all depend on luck as you only control 1 char and your Allies and enemies are AI. Went with Nacked MC to get the Chest and speed up his turns as well as force Allies to heal him so that they do not end the Battle too soon. Went with Dex Maximizing as Archers are still an okay class here while Agi isn't a Godly stat here anymore unlike Classic TO. There can be at max 3 Clerics in Tymouth/Tanmas Random Battle and if you can beat the other 3 enemies that come it will be easier to increase your skill level, especially with the 2 other enemy clerics healing your target Cleric. Not sure if the traps work on higher-level Clerics but at the start, it should work as they have low jump unless they get equipment that increases it in later levels. Best you also only increase the skill level you plan to use on other chars otherwise you won't have a method to increase their loyalty later.

One way to easily level skills with a knight is to have it learn the Phalanx Skill and equip it as well as other Black Text Skills you can level up and have other party members and enemies wail on him with the skills he has equipped like say have him equip the crossbow skill then have your other characters equip a crossbow (without the skill equipped if that is not the weapon you want them to specialize on) and have him be peppered with it and someone to heal him while the knight also has Augment Light or water equipped while he uses Phalanx on each of his turn as well as heal himself or attack with the weapon he has with it's weapon skill equipped. Also, the screenshot of this video shows the 1st Tile Trap you can push an Enemy Cleric into to stop it from escaping. The 2nd Tile Trap will be the next video part's SS.
