The 2 Castle Battles all depend on luck as you only control 1 char and your Allies and enemies are AI. Went with Nacked MC to get the Chest and speed up his turns as well as force Allies to heal him so that they do not end the Battle too soon. Went with Dex Maximizing as Archers are still an okay class here while Agi isn't a Godly stat here anymore unlike Classic TO. There can be at max 3 Clerics in Tymouth/Tanmas Random Battle and if you can beat the other 3 enemies that come it will be easier to increase your skill level, especially with the 2 other enemy clerics healing your target Cleric. Not sure if the traps work on higher-level Clerics but at the start, it should work as they have low jump unless they get equipment that increases it in later levels. Best you also only increase the skill level you plan to use on other chars otherwise you won't have a method to increase their loyalty later.

The other TIle you can push Mages into to immobilize them in Random Battles. Also Using and getting hit by the same weapon when that weapon skill is equipped increases it's exp each time doubling exp while using and missing or getting blocked only gets you the 1x exp increase. Same for spells so try to always attack to the side or back with a ready healer as healing with items instead will be costly.
