Trout While Steelhead Fishing Washington State River

Steelhead Fishing on Rivers from the Coast to inland rivers like the Cowlitz River at times results in unintended encounters with smolts and occasionally bigger trout. I always try to be careful as much as possible when this happens. These are couple clips recently from incidental trout encounters.
