Carl Heneghan is Professor of Evidence-Based Medicine at Oxford University. Professor Heneghan was one of the few highly qualified people in the UK who spoke out early on against lockdown policies and vaccine mandates.

He was monitored by the Government’s ‘Counter Disinformation Unit’ and attacked by Conservative MP Neil O’Brien, while Facebook censored an article he had published in the Spectator on the Danish mask study.
