Leg workout preview on the Freak Athlete Nordic Hyper GHD

Start at 45° Nordic curls

As your hamstrings get stronger, decrease the incline to make it harder (10 levels of progressions)

If a flat Nordic curl becomes easy there’s decline levels too 💪

Next I detach the ankle roller pad and use it as a Bulgarian split squat roller and hip thrust bench

After split squats I adjust the roller pad up to set up for hip thrusts

I threw on some weight on the weigh horns to stabilize the Nordic Hyper more
