House Republicans are holding their first hearing Thursday in their impeachment inquiry into President Biden.

The hearing is before the House Oversight Committee and will focus on "constitutional and legal questions" that surround the allegations of Biden's involvement in his son, Hunter Biden's overseas businesses.

Republicans have stated in recent weeks that Biden's actions while he was vice president show a "culture of corruption" and that Hunter Biden used the "Biden brand" to advance his business with foreign clients.
Democrats, on the other hand, have said this is a political game meant to impact President Biden's chances of re-election.

During the hearing, text messages that were alleged to be between members of the Biden family were presented as evidence.
