7 year old Heath Hughes Davies has been running for almost 3 years now and is already faster than many adults. With a 5k parkrun best of 20:23 already, it was no surprise that he won the 2023 Cardiff Half Marathon Junior event. Clocking 8min 46sec in the 2.4km race.
