Brian Almon explains his testimony against Senate Bill 1163

On the morning of March 20, 2023, I testified against S1163, which would require mobile phone manufacturers to enable a porn filter for any device bought for a child. I explained how the bill was full of holes, and gives parents a false sense of security about their child's safety.
