Brian Almon testifies in favor of House Bill 71, banning child gender mutilation

On February 7, 2022, I testified in favor of Houes Bill 71, which would ban drugs and surgeries that are meant to alter a child's physical sex characteristics. This barbaric procedure is being done to children throughout the nation, but we banned it here in Idaho after H71 passed the Legislature.
