For boiling rice

Water 3-3.5litre
Salt 4 tsp
Oil 1/3 cup
Vinegar 2tbsp
Food colour(yellow orange)
Milk 3-4 tbsp
Lemon 4-5 slices
Green chilli 3-4 chopped
