Making a meal from multiple Crock Pots

I started out the day knowing I wanted to make this mouth watering super delicious tender Beef Brisket, but as the day progressed I decided I wanted to put my second crockpot to use... Oh but the decision of WHAT to make haunted me so I opted to make the cheesy potatoes AND just change up the recipe a bit to make a half batch of dessert in my MINI crockpot! It WAS going to be used to warm up the leftover beans, but the temptation of a dessert was too strong!
