Twenty-seven years after rapper Tupac Shakur was gunned down in Las Vegas, a Compton gang member was indicted for the crime. Police took Duane "Keefe D" Davis into custody on Friday morning and said he allegedly ordered the hit on Shakur. The Law&Crime Network's Angenette Levy spoke about the arrest with documentary filmmaker Mike Dorsey, who produced a film about the murders of Shakur and Biggie Smalls, and predicted Davis would be indicted nearly two months ago.
