1 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning (Slap Ya Momma)

1 Whole Fish (Recommend : Trout)
1 Tsp Red Chili Flakes
1 1/2 Tsp Oregano
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
Pinch Salt
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Tsp Paprika
1/2 Tsp Lemon Pepper
Pinch Flour
Olive Oil
3 Cloves Garlic
1 Sprig Thyme
1 Sprig Rosemary

Brown Butter & Sauce

Brown Butter Recipe :
1 Stick Butter
*Melt Butter on a Low Heat and Constantly Mix (To Prevent Burning) for about 2-3 Minutes until brown Bits and a Nutty aroma is present.

Brown Butter Sauce Recipe :
Take 2 Tbsp of the Brown Butter, place in a pan on a medium low heat and add 3 Tbsp of Heavy Cream. Kill the Heat and Mix quickly until combined. Season with a pinch of the Trout Seasoning made and add a squeeze of lemon Juice. Enjoy!
