Truth Episode 3

In this episode, we discussed truth, the truth about God’s, only begotten son, Jesus. We are all children of God, and hopefully, after this life, we will return to God in a place called heaven. There are truths about Jesus that show us if he is different from other great enlightened minds. In this video, we explore on a very elementary level what some of these differences are. We are commanded to love our neighbors as ourselves. This requires us not to be narcissist, but to take good care of ourselves emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Our attitude about ourselves and about others helps us emotionally. A good prayer life helps us spiritually. Good diet and exercise and good nutraceuticals helps us physically.
I’m a prostate cancer survivor. I’m in remission. I was treated for stage 2 cancer with the cyber-knife at Georgetown University Hospital. After the treatment I became quite weak and could not workout for 6 months. Then I began lifting 240 lbs for my bench press with my Welder 1500X (identical to Bo-Flex).
