Cabbage Harvest & Winter Squash Check

Only had 4 cabbage plants this year but they did well. One very large; others to the local Merc. Check of winter squash that can reliably be left on the vine for another week or so ... or until first frost toasts the leaves then bye-bye photosynthesis.
