The National Citizens Inquiry testimony of Wayne Llewellyn, a retired public sector worker and professional guitarist.
Wayne supplemented his pension income by playing guitar at winery's and restaurants. It was his dream job, but the mandates ended all of that.
It was clear to Wayne that the government and media narrative didn't match reality. After doing his own research, he started on a journey that changed his life forever.
In his testimony, he describes the emails and correspondence to Bonnie Henry. It was a complaint on the violation of his privacy. There was another complaint to the BC Human Rights board. Wayne submitted over 90 pages on the violations BC health had committed and contacted the ombudsman office. He and a group of people filed a complaint with the police department but was redirected back to BC health. He even wrote to the BC College of Physicians. Their duty is to protect the public and to act in the public interest above all else.
Although he has been mostly ignored, he believes the fight must go on. The future belongs to children, and we must ensure they have a brighter future. To change the system, it must be challenged. For Wayne, getting involved was the only thing to do, and he is still fighting for justice to this very day.
