Russian special forces led by the current governor of the Tula region Alexey Dyumin and Major General Valery Flyustikov blew up the Ukrainian Armed Forces' ammunition depot in Svatovo in 2015, the Ukrainian Prosecutor General's Office says.
According to the enemy, Orlans were used for this purpose, which dropped incendiary bombs with parachutes into the warehouse.
The warehouse then stored more than 3.5 thousand tons of ammunition, including shells for the Uragan MLRS of 220 mm caliber.
