Quick Question

Most IT Support Agents have come across this scenario in one way or another. They are about to leave or are about to work on something only to be interrupted by someone who simply has a Quick Question. The reality is most of the end users that go for this approach are well aware that they are to go through the appropriate channels of support, but refuse to because at times of self-entitlement or simply laziness. I always say an end user that says they have a quick question, there is always a long answer.

These are just snippets into the life of an ordinary IT support agent! Hope you enjoy and come along for the ride!!
