Day 1 of a 30-day jogging challenge for weight loss on ! 5 to 7 kg!
Hey friends! Welcome to Day 5 of my 30-day jogging challenge!
I'm aiming to lose 5-7 kg in the next 30 days through regular jogging and simple exercise
Today's jog will be a 30 -35 minute slow run to warm up. Focus on breathing deeply and keeping a slower pace. This will help build stamina over time.
Make sure to stretch both before and after your jog to prevent injuries
