The Holy Apostolic See condemnation of the sedevacantist heresy...Decree of the Holy Apostolic See of Rome (in exile), by His Holiness Pope Jacobus I, the rightful Sovereign Pontiff of the true Roman Catholic Church and therefore the Vicar of Christ Our Lord, by the Supreme Teaching Authority condemning the most pernicious and diabolically introduced heresy of sedevacantism, which heresy sacrilegiously denies the safeguards of the Divine Law and the revealed Faith, which is nothing else but Catholic Tradition, alongside the canonical and doctrinal protection of the Papacy which the Catholic Church possesses, in Her Apostolic Constitutions and Decrees and in the only valid 1917 Code of Canon Law. This Apostolic Decree also includes condemnation of the most pernicious heresy of the so called sedeprivationism.
