American Red Cross workers from Baltimore region head to Texas and Louisiana to help recovery efforts

Volunteers and rescue workers across the country are being deployed to the hardest hit areas in Texas to aid in the recovery effort. Nearly 100 American Red Cross volunteers from the region are also hitting the road for the call to help.
