Will people that haven’t heard about Jesus and the Bible go to heaven?

One question I get often in my ministry is , what about a person in a tribe somewhere that’s cut off from the public, and doesn’t have access to the outside world , will they go to hell just because they were never exposed to the Bible and it’s teaching ?
