Boeing sits on ANSI by FAA, DOT, DOJ FBI etc. Boeing on their supplier portal calls for ANSI-ANAB or international equivalent which means can be CHINA, IRAN, PAKISTAN etc. they are IAF/MLAs. They also sat on ANAB Directors and Management where they can GRANT, SUSPEND or WITHDRAW certification!

Boeing Bulletin 2002 basically states if a company is AS 9100 Boeing doesn’t need to send is their inspection team to audit the companies. This has taken place for over 21 years they have quality issues with the 737-Max, the 777, and 787 aircraft.
