LEAVE THOSE CITIES but avoid the majority of central east Kentucky. Everything from the meth pandemic to drug dealing state police to incest, this scenic little town should be avoided at all cost. Sham churches, corrupt controlling families and an economy rigged against the low income. It's unbelievable that this town is in a red state! Don't let the cheap property fool you. It's a total flood zone with feral mountain people who inbreed. They gay population here is far higher than youd expect. It was the most disappointing part of living in the Bible Belt. I'll never live in the Appalachian mountains again. Stick to the foothills. Unrestricted outskirts of higher populated areas.
