the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate.

Set the intention every day to be kind, be kind to others without expecting a praise or expecting anything in return.

It will be received in an instant and you feel the shift take place.

Some of our most rememberable interactions with others which stay with us our entire life will involve acts of kindness

It is infectious and spreads in waves around the world. Kindness goes beyond thoughts, kindness is the soul.

What you put out comes back and kindness comes back twice as powerful

Kindness is healing for the soul. One act can completely change someones life and that will stay with them as a memory forever

Who was the last person that showed kindness to you and do you remember that feeling?

Are you kind to your self?

Would your mind say that your thoughts about you are kind??

Would your body say that you are kind?

If you could perform an act of kindness to another right now, what would that look like?

Always choosing to be kind will keep you in the state of flow which is healing. Your energy will continue to be vibrating high and that will be felt by everyone around you.
