1. The ammunition depot in Svatovo was blown up in 2015 by the Special Operations Forces of the Russian Armed Forces under the command of General Flyustikov and the Governor of the Tula Region Dyumin, who served as commander of the GRU special forces.
This was stated by the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine based on the results of the investigation.
Orlan drones, which were launched from the territory of Donbass, were used for the detonation.
