Creamy White Bean Chicken Chilli
In all honesty, I have this account to keep track of our fav recipes and this is a quick and cozy one. Sweet potato is my secret ingredient for some luscious body without adding actual cream.

Sauté one diced onion until golden
Add 1lb ground chicken and brown
Add
1tsp ea paprika, cumin, oregano
2C chicken broth
1 can white kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1C shredded spinach
1/2C mashed sweet potato
(This is what makes it so silky!)
Reduce heat to simmer until cooked through.
Serve with cilantro, lime, sour cream and chilli
