Wake up with Hanna | Daoist practice | Qigong | Heavenly Pillar 1 |Spinal Breathing
This morning We started with a short Shake it out warmup and then moved into Heavenly Pillar one. This is part of the Meridian Qigong and is similar to the Yogic breathwork practice Spinal Breathing.
Buddhist, Daoist and Yogic Practices are often very similar as the Masters learned and was influenced by each other throughout the 1000's of years these practices have developed. They are called differently and will differ in some ways but have developed from the same intention, to keep our body, mind and spirit healthy and youthful.
15 minutes active Daoist Meditation practice.
Wake up in the morning, Release tension during daytime and end of the day before bedtime.
