My 7 Year Transformation #2

I found some old posing footage (yikes) 🤣so I wanted to start sharing some transformation content💥

My fitness journey timeline
- 2011 (Started lifting)
- 2013 (Stopped due to Partying …😢)
- 2014 (Re-started)
- 2016 (Clip A)
-2023 (now)

I look back at these old clips with a cringe on my face and think about how much I’ve grown over the years, not just physically but mentally. ✊

I can’t wait for what the next 7 years will bring and ecstatic to be able to express myself via social media and bring you all for the ride 🫶
