Brighton Crossing first broke ground in 2007, and has been in development since then. So far, the builders have been Lennar, D.R. Horton, David Weekly, and Brookfield Residential. As of right now, Brookfield is closing out, Richmond is moving in, and D.R. Horton is still building.
