The heart attack gun is one of the most chilling gadgets in the history of the CIA.

It was a secret weapon that could kill a person by causing a heart attack without leaving any traces.

It fires a dart made of frozen shellfish toxin that could penetrate clothing and skin. The dart would strike the target to release the shellfish toxin and cause a heart attack in minutes, while the toxin would denature quickly and leave no evidence.

It had an effective range of 100 meters and was virtually noiseless when fired.
