Suspect Jason Billingsley arrested in Baltimore tech CEO’s killing

Late Wednesday night, authorities successfully apprehended a man who stands accused of the murder of a Baltimore tech CEO, as reported by the U.S. Marshals Service.

Deputy U.S. Marshal Albert Maresca Jr. revealed overnight that Jason Billingsley was taken into custody at a train station located in Bowie, Prince George’s County.

Acting Baltimore Police Commissioner Richard Worley announced during a news conference on Thursday morning that SWAT officers managed to arrest Billingsley without any incident.

Jason Billingsley, aged 32, has been arrested on charges of first-degree murder and additional offenses linked to the death of Pava LaPere, WBALTV reported.
