Did I Wait Too Long? Colonoscopy 2 Years After CRC Stage 3 Surgery | Did My Lifestyle Changes Work?

I waited two years before my first follow up colonoscopy. Standard treatment recommends once a year for 3 years (they also recommend chemo and/or radiation). I wasn't able to follow up after a year, so I was very curious how my progress was going and if my choices were healing me as I believed they were. The results speak for themselves.
