Seems like there ain’t no slumber in me
The night’s too bright it burns my mind

I make believe the dreams I never had until I wake from it
collapse my eyes again—repeat

Is it noon now? Or it’s the moon?

By now it’s June the sun is up my tears they run
around-the-clock I wipe—repeat

Turns out I’d be needing a drink
Well I’m just cursed without it
Is it the only way that I can taste the abyss
