An Ode to Blue

[Whimsical Poem Collection] -
Sometimes taking our ‘mind’ off ‘whatever’ is the best method for taking ourselves out of a repetitive ‘loop’. This creation is an example of just putting our minds focus onto another topic and letting it engage on something ‘trivial’ or ‘lighter’. This process allows our intuitive side take the space it needs to wander unhindered and it often emerges with insights or solutions to other underlying questions.

This was one of 17 poems that emerged on the same day …. some of which have already been published ….ie Preserve Us, Satanic Theocracy and Optimism’s Chrism. Some heavy stuff! That was one heck of a day for me in this creative journey!!!

Ode to Blue

Oh dear Lord, what to do.
Perhaps I’ll Just focus on
‘an Ode to Blue’.
That in itself, it may
bring me through!

So here we are
An Ode to Blue
A poem by Louise!

Blue. A light hue.
Healing and soothing
Especially for little ones while teething!

Blue. Cool and cleaning.
A power tool from Earth’s ceiling.
Calming, regulating, breathing.

Blue. Throat chakra related.
Giving voice to feelings integrated.

Blue denim jeans, stone washed and faded
Looking trendy, never jaded!

Blue sayings:-
Blue grass, blue dreams, blue light, blue beams,
Blue at the seams, blue biros, blue ink,
Blue think, blue sky, blue eyes
Blue fly, Bluetooth, blue iridescence,
Blue for a boy, blue berry, blue moon
Blue stars, blues tune, blue blood,
Blue of the night, blue cloak,
Blue blouse, blue suede shoes or
Singing the blues.

Such variety. You choose!!
