Lol. Once again, this so called Constitutional Scholar fails to point out the most important facts.
-
America never really won the War of Independence. The Treaty of Paris proves that fact. The British Royals and Aristocracy retained ALL LAND OWNERSHIP. And Taxes to be Paid to the British Crown were agreed upon. America essentially became a British Crown Colony with it's own unique form of Governance.
-
All of the signers of the Treaty of Paris were BAR LAWYERS, aka British Crown Agents.
-
There is much evidence to suggest that the Founding Fathers actually Conspired to Pretend we had won our Independence, while actually plotting to secretly Hand Over the United States as a secret Crown Colony.
-
Since that time a Hostile Takeover of America has continued to progress. Our Constitutional Republic has been completely nullified in all but name. The Public nullification of our Constitution will finalize that process.
-
The United States is a Captured Operation. But they can never allow the people to know the Truth, or a New Revolution would begin.
-
That is why they have been chipping away at our Constitutional Rights piece by piece. But now, the people are waking up, and they are running out of time.
-
These so called Ruling Elite will never abide by our Constitution. They are the very ones Trying to Destroy it.
-
Our entire government is Corrupt beyond saving. No Justice will be found within that Treasonous Corrupt System.
-
THE ONLY SOLUTION IS TO NULLIFY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT
-
AND TO RE-ESTABLISH OUR CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC FROM THE GROUND UP...

The United States Constitution was designed to secure the natural rights proclaimed in the Declaration of Independence. (Do you feel successful?)
-
In this twelve-lecture course, students will examine the political theory of the American Founding and subsequent challenges to that theory throughout American history.
-
Topics covered in this course include: the natural rights theory of the Founding, the meaning of the Declaration and the Constitution, the crisis of the Civil War, the Progressive rejection of the Founding, and the nature and form of modern liberalism.
