Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) says his calls for an inspector general to audit aid to Ukraine have been repeatedly rejected by Congress: “They’re ready to fund all these government workers in Ukraine, defend Ukraine’s border, pay for 56,000 firemen and policemen in Ukraine—and yet they’re not even willing to have an inspector general.”
