This higher self channeling is full of practical ways to utilize an already existing daily habit or task to regulate your nervous system. These methods include using the golden hours of the sun in the morning and evening as well as the use of red-light instead of blue light. Other ways are to have presence during your meals, to take note of your breath and give yourself nudges to bring you back to the awareness of it.
