12:06:43 From Dilara Esengil : I have had mold in my house FOUR times and have had black mold poisoning in my LUNGS with pneumonia several times! Thank you for being here!
12:06:49 From Maura : Is there a link for Bravo probiotic
12:08:06 From Dr. Tom Lewis : https://www.bravo-probiotic-yogurt.com/page/special-offers
12:09:51 From Maura : Reacted to "https://www.bravo-pr…" with ❤️
12:19:26 From Doris Fellenz : In the summer, the swamp smells. Will that polluted air cause mold?
12:20:42 From Martha Stark, MD : With respect to “dry eyes” – I certainly have “dry eyes” (because of meibomian gland dysfunction caused by those persistent Demodex mites) – but I am able to keep it absolutely 100% under control by doing something that I think Dr. Tom will really appreciate – namely, every morning and every evening (when I am washing my face) I will take my middle finger and gently “scrape” both upper and lower eyelids (left middle finger for left eye and right middle finger for right eye)!! I can “feel” the slight “crustiness” being scraped off – “crustiness” that would have accumulated either over the course of the day or while I was sleeping. Obviously, this is not a cure – but it does mean that I am completely “asymptomatic” and have no need whatsoever to purchase eye drops, to get the expensive LipiFlow treatments, to have meibomian gland “expressions,” or to prepare warm compresses for my eyes, etc. So I am very, very happy about the Do-It-Yourself bio-hacking that I created.
12:24:10 From Martha Stark, MD : Jeff May has written a wonderfully researched book – My House Is Killing Me! He is also a very savvy expert on mold detection and remediation.
12:25:35 From Suzie (y) : LAte! - we have penicillium in our closet and it rained in our room 2016—they still haven’t fixed the root issue
12:27:40 From Dr. Tom Lewis : I have a mild case of demodex per my son. I am using tea tree oil and also the halogen lights to effect hyperthermia. I will let you know if I am demodex free in June.

Do you mix anything in with the tea tree oil ?
12:34:07 From Suzie (y) : If you already know you have mold, water damage, can you just test behind walls?
12:34:25 From Steve : I second the rubbing eyelids (not "gently" tho), then drying the lids with a course towel. This practice for the past few years has completely stopped all the styes, blepharitis, and other eyelid nuisance issues.
12:37:59 From Suzie (y) : Reacted to "I second the rubbing..." with 👍
12:39:53 From Maura : Replying to "https://www.bravo-pr…"

12:43:01 From Louise Vogel : Re dry eye, my optometrist had me on an elaborate routine for it; then Dr. Trempe put me on 1 Tsp of cod liver oil/day and it completely cleared up. May not work for everyone but worth a try.

13:04:02 From Steve : Replying to "Do you recommend usi..."

That would probably work. People that have auto air conditioners which have the mold odor are solved by running a ozone generator inside the car with the AC on.

Id get a mymycolab blood test to confirm the mold. Most people who do that urine test are positive for ochratoxin -
