The enemy attack was successfully repelled thanks to the coordinated actions of the AGS crews and motorised riflemen. The AFU servicemen, leaving killed and wounded behind, fled in a hurry.

The 30-mm AGS-17 Plamya automatic grenade launcher is designed to destroy enemy personnel and firepower located outside of cover - in open trenches, ditches and behind natural folds of terrain (in valleys, ravines, on the back slopes of heights).
