Judge Orders Trump to Dissolve His Businesses

This order by Judge Arthur Engoron, goes far beyond the already egregious authoritarian overreach that is clear on its face.
While it appears that the order to dissolve a private company by a government entity should be a measure of absolute last resort in the face of a serious crime, no such crime here was even credibly alleged.
This is the direct abolition of private property rights.
