SCUBA Diving El Niño Reef, Bavaro, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic

El Niño reef is located just off the coast of Bavaro Beach, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. This beautiful shallow reef is a great place for learning how to dive as it is between 5 feet to 35 feet in different areas.

Unfortunately for this dive, there was a huge storm that passed through the night before that caused the water to be stirred up with red algae and seaweed. I was debating whether or not to post this video due to the quality. I decided to post this video, as I want to share all of my adventures whether good or bad. When you are working with nature, you can’t really dictate how it’s going to behave.
